“ A few weeks ago, my husband and I visited Firebirds for dinner. Since I had recently undergone surgery, I needed to sit in a booth for comfort. We were greeted by the hostess and informed her of the table we preferred in the bar area. She seemed a bit unenthusiastic but told us she would have someone clean it and asked us to wait. After sitting for quite a while, no one came to clean the table, and we overheard the same hostess give our table to another couple who had just arrived. At that point, my husband requested to speak with a manager. Seth, the bar manager, came over quickly, seated us, and then listened attentively to our concerns. He went above and beyond to make things right. Seth was approachable and made sure our dining experience from that point forward was exceptional. He had Riley serve us, and she was fantastic! She was so kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a small issue with part of our order, but before we even had the chance to mention it, Riley had the dish remade and brought it back to our table promptly. We've been loyal Firebirds customers for years, enjoying the food and cocktails, but now, we'll continue coming back in hopes of being served by Seth and Riley. ”

“ We've been to dinner a few times now at Firebirds and have had a good experience. Usually during the weekdays, if you go earlier there's no wait but it does get busier as evening comes along. We've been seated around the bar area when we've gone, which is fine but they have outdoor seating too for the cooler months. Between my husband and I, we've had a variety of items. My favorites have been the items from their happy hour menu - nachos, crispy cauliflower, and garlic parm fries. My husband has also gotten a burger & steak different times and enjoyed them both. Overall, a good spot to dine around the San Tan Village area! It is a chain with other locations so stop by if you're in the area. ”

“ Met a group of friends at this spot for our annual holiday happy hour! We usually find a spot at the bar so we can take advantage of the happy hour menu. No visit is complete without one of their special Double Black Diamond pineapple martinis, it's sweet, pretty to look at and delicious, they're always garnished with pineapple. If you haven't tried one .. trust me you should. On this visit we shared the prime rib sliders with crispy onions & horse radish. Yum! The beef sliders, chicken nachos and crispy cauliflower with a sweet Thai sauce. Everything was delicious. Happy hour runs from 2-6, they have a great menu. They have dining room, patio and bar seating. Service is always good. We'll see you next year!! ”

“ Had a fabulous dinner ! Love the ambiance here at this location. No matter where I'm at in the restaurant it's something new. I tried the caprese pasta this time and loved it. I'm usually a steak girl but decided to change it up. Good choice. I paired it with a nice glass of Chardonnay. Can't go wrong with that. Service was excellent as usual. ”

“ We stopped in on an average week night, and this place was packed. The service was a little slow to get going, but the meal tasted great. I was totally bummed that I spent 10 minutes deciding on a specific drink before our server finally arrived, and then I was told they were out of the product used to make it. It was the special that was advertised out on the table. After I had my heart on it, I just passed on anything else. ”

“ Great food ~ service and ambience Started with Sangria very refreshing. I ordered caprese Chicken pasta which was very good.. My friend had the Chilean Sea bass which she enjoyed. For an app we had lobster queso which was delicious. Our server was wonderful made for a relaxing lunch.. One of my favorite restaurants. ”

“ I have seen this place on Instagram quite a few times advertising their Signature cocktails and happy hour. Decided to go to lunch today and check it out. Waitress is very nice. Very informative of the menu . I ordered one of the specialty drinks. The infused pineapple martini, which I will say is one of the top three cocktails I've had Ever. Order came pretty quick. It was a lot of people. Appetizers are pretty good. I ordered a burger it was decent. I would have to go back to give a full assessment of the menu and the food items I would like to go back for dinner and check out their dinner items but overall it was a good experience. Nice lunch spot , very good drinks and a nice variety to choose from. Only thing missing from the atmosphere was some music. Also, they have plenty of parking. “ Met a friend here for lunch and had a great experience. Our waiter was very friendly and provided service with a smile. The food was delicious, but what really sent my tastesbuds through the roof was the cheesecake. I believe it's Creme Brulee' style. I don't care for cheesecake but it was offered to me as a birthday treat. I tasted this cheesecake and it was tantalizing. Very light texture with a light flaky top. So so good. The atmosphere was quiet with a few others dining, but I took note of the beautiful decor. I will definitely be back. ”
